The increasing demand for energy and the depletion of fossil fuel reserves have intensified the search for sustainable alternative energy sources. Biofuels have emerged as a promising renewable energy option due to their environmental benefits and potential to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This paper presents an experimental study on biofuels as an alternative energy source, focusing on their production, performance, and emission characteristics. Various biofuels derived from biomass such as biodiesel and bioethanol are evaluated. Experimental tests are conducted to analyze fuel efficiency, combustion behavior, and emission levels. The results indicate that biofuels can partially replace conventional fossil fuels without significant performance degradation. Additionally, biofuels demonstrate lower emissions of harmful pollutants. The study highlights the feasibility of biofuels for sustainable energy development. The findings support the adoption of biofuels in future energy systems.
