Author Guidelines

The International Journal of IT Management and Commerce invites original research papers, review articles, case studies, and technical reports that align with the journal’s aim and scope. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines below before submitting their manuscripts.

1. Manuscript Preparation

Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
  • Authors are encouraged to perform professional language editing before submission.

Format

  • Manuscripts should be prepared in MS Word format (.doc/.docx).
  • Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Page numbers must be included.

 

2. Manuscript Structure

Authors should organize their manuscript in the following order:

  1. Title Page
    • Title (concise and informative)
    • Author(s) full name
    • Affiliation(s)
    • Corresponding author email
    • ORCID ID (if available)
  2. Abstract
    • 150–250 words
    • Clearly state objective, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  3. Keywords
    • 4–6 relevant keywords.
  4. Main Text
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review
    • Methodology
    • Results and Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Future Scope (optional)
  5. Acknowledgment (if applicable)
  6. Conflict of Interest Statement
  7. References

3. Referencing Style

  • The journal follows IEEE / APA (as specified by the journal issue).
  • All references must be cited in the text.
  • References should be recent and relevant.
  • DOI numbers should be included where available.

4. Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables must be clearly labeled and numbered.
  • Provide high-resolution images (300 dpi minimum).
  • Each figure/table must include a caption.
  • Sources must be acknowledged if reproduced.

 

5. Originality and Plagiarism

  • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
  • Similarity index should not exceed 10–15% (excluding references).
  • Plagiarism, self-plagiarism, or duplicate submission will result in rejection.

6. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official email or online submission system.
  • Authors will receive an acknowledgment of submission.
  • The manuscript will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • Review feedback will be communicated within the specified timeline.

7. Article Processing Charges (If Applicable)

  • Any applicable publication fees (APC) will be informed after acceptance.
  • There is no submission fee unless specified.

8. Ethical Considerations

  • Authors must disclose conflicts of interest.
  • Ethical approval is required for research involving human participants.
  • Proper citation and acknowledgment are mandatory.

9. Review and Publication Timeline

  • Initial review: 5–10 days
  • Peer review process: 2–4 weeks
  • Final publication: As per journal schedule
