- Peer Review Policy
The International Journal of IT Management and Commerce follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure fairness, transparency, and academic integrity. All submitted manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent experts in the relevant field. Authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process. Final decisions are made by the Editorial Board based on reviewers’ recommendations, originality, clarity, technical quality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
- Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy
The journal adheres to strict ethical standards in line with internationally accepted publishing guidelines.
- All submissions must be original and unpublished work.
- Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited.
- Proper acknowledgment of sources is mandatory.
- Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
- Ethical approval must be obtained for research involving human participants or sensitive data.
Manuscripts found violating ethical standards will be rejected or retracted if already published.
- Plagiarism Policy
All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. The acceptable similarity index should generally not exceed 10–15%, excluding references and properly cited quotations. Submissions exceeding the limit may be returned for revision or rejected.
- Open Access Policy
The journal supports an open access publishing model, allowing readers to freely access, download, and share published articles without subscription barriers. This ensures wider dissemination of research globally.
- Copyright Policy
Authors retain copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article. Published articles may be shared for academic and research purposes with proper citation.
- Conflict of Interest Policy
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the research outcome or review process.
- Withdrawal and Retraction Policy
Authors may request withdrawal before final acceptance. After publication, articles may only be retracted in cases of proven ethical misconduct, plagiarism, or major errors affecting research validity.

The journal ensures long-term digital preservation and archiving of published articles to maintain accessibility and academic record integrity.
